Bawley Point is a perfect vacation, daytrip and week-end getaway spot located in the Shoalhaven Coast Region in NSW. It is ideally placed about 2 hours drive from Canberra and about 3 hours from Sydney. Bawley Point is enclosed by nature reserves - Morton National Park, Meroo National Park, Murramarang National Park and also the delightful Kioloa State Forest. These reserves offer a wonderful array bushwalking and mountain bike trails to explore that add to the magnificent beaches and coastline activities. Bawley Point is the gateway to the Murramarang National Park, which extends from Kioloa in the north to Batemans Bay in the south and includes about 12,000 hectares of coastal landscapes. Several renowned walking pathways are accessible from Pretty Beach. Fishing, surfing and swimming are permitted in the beautiful Meroo National Park, just north of Termeil. The delightful Morton National Park encloses Pigeon House Mountain.
