Belmont is one a set of charming holiday resort and residential villages dotted around the perimeter of Lake Macquarie
on the Hunter Coast about 90 minutes drive north of Sydney. Belmont is ideally placed on the north-eastern
shore of the lake and is home the famous Belmont 16ft Sailing Club. Nearby beaches include
Blacksmith, Caves and Redhead Beach. There is also championship golf course. There are many fine cafes,
restaurants in Belmont with seafood a specialty. The local pubs and clubs
