The Northern Beaches Region of Sydney runs southward from Pittwater, Barrenjoey Point and Broken Bay, near Lion Island at the mouth of the magnificent Hawkesbury River in the north, to North Head and the spectacular waters of Sydney Harbour in the south. There is a plethora of accommodation and entertainment options in the area centred on Manly, Newport, Mona Vale and Palm Beach.
